We want to share an update regarding the unexpected service disruption to the US Kahua Commercial Network (KCN) that occurred overnight.

Emergency maintenance was required by one of our internet services provider that impacted connectivity. Kahua was able to restore connectivity at 2:30AM by rerouting traffic through our other datacenters.

Kahua expects all services to be restored to normal operations by 11AM EST and are maintaining communication with the internet service provider. In the meantime, performance metrics look stable, and we’re proactively scaling resources in our data centers to ensure continued reliability.
