Kahua Support Overview

The Kahua Support team is available to answer questions and help troubleshoot issues that you might experience while using Kahua to manage and collaborate on your projects.  Support is included in your Kahua license subscription.


Support tickets can be submitted through any of the following methods:

Website Portal:  https://kahua.freshdesk.com

Website Portal (Freshdesk) allows for users to check status or update existing tickets.  The Website Portal includes a knowledgebase that includes answers to many common questions.

Kahua Support is available Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 10:00PM ET, except for standard Kahua business holidays (US based) listed below.  During holiday closures, Kahua Support will monitor incoming tickets to address any that are critical or high impact to the operation of the Kahua applications.
