The new Kahua Home Page will be available with the 2024.3 release. For more information on this release, including the timing of its availability, please refer to July 2024 Release Notes.
The Kahua Home page is the page the opens when you first log in to Kahua. You can return to the home page at any time by clicking the home icon 
in the Kahua header.
Just below the header, you'll see the name of your currently selected domain and the Help Center button. The Help Center button opens either Kahua's support page or a help page specific to your organization. Your domain administrator controls that selection in the Domain Settings application. Refer to Domain Settings.
There are three main sections on the home page:
My Projects
In the My Projects section, projects that you've added to your My Projects list in the Project Finder app will appear in their own widgets. For more information on using the Project Finder app to "favorite" a project so it appears on your My Projects list, refer to Navigating Projects using Project Finder.
To open the project, click on the project name in the widget. If you do not have an app open yet, this will open a list of your most recently used apps. Select an app to open it in the selected project.
Each project widget will show the following information, when available:
- Project Image - This is stored in the Project Information page.
- Project Number - This will only show if you've enabled the My Settings > General tab > Show project Number setting.
- Project Name - This is stored in the Project Information page.
- Project Manager - This is stored in the Project Information page.
- Current weather conditions at the site - For these to appear, you must configure weather for the project. The weather conditions will appear on the widget some time after the configuration is complete. For information on configuring weather conditions for a project, refer to Weather.
To open the Project Information page, select the information icon 
on the widget. Users with the appropriate permissions can select Edit to update the information. Refer to Project Information.
Depending on your page size, not all projects selected to appear on your My Projects list may be able to appear in this section. To see all your favorited projects, select View All in the upper right corner. To refresh the list of projects, select the Refresh Icon. Users with the appropriate permissions can select the More icon 
and Create a Project.
Open Tasks
The twelve most recent tasks assigned to you that are not yet complete appear in the Open Tasks section. The total number of open tasks appears in the header. Overdue items and delegated items are flagged with a tag.
You can see the Task Name, associated Project and app, who it is from, the Date Assigned and the Due Date. Click on a task to open it in the Tasks app. Select open app to open the Tasks app directly. Click the Refresh icon 
to refresh the list.
Unread Messages
Your twelve most recent unread messages appear in the Unread Messages section. The total number of unread messages appears in the header.
You can see the subject of the message, a portion of the message text, who sent it and when you received it. Click on a message to open it in the Messages app. Select open app to open the Messages app directly. Click the Refresh icon 
to refresh the list.
