Copy to Communications

The Copy To Communications feature allows you to copy messages to the Communications app

To copy messages you have received:

1. Open the Messages app
2. Select a message in the log list
3. Click the three (3) dots ...
4. Select Copy to Communications
5. Click OK
6. The message will now be a part of the project record in the Communications app

To copy messages you are sending:

1. Open the Messages app
2. Click New
3. Enter required information in the message
4. Select Copy to Communications checkbox
5. Click Send
6. The message will now be a part of the project record in the Communications app
